Key Responsibilities: ProvideL2/L3 supportfor enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toJava-based applicationsandSQL queries. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions for knowledge base. Participate inchange managementandrelease activities. Support and maintain workflows built onNewgen OmniFlow(added advantage). Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Required Skills: Strong proficiency inJavaandSQL. Experience inapplication supportorproduction supportenvironments. Familiarity withincident, problem, and change managementprocesses. Excellentanalytical and troubleshootingskills. Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work in afast-pacedandcollaborativeenvironment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience withNewgen OmniFlowor similar BPM/workflow platforms. ITIL Foundation Certificationis a plus. Exposure to ticketing tools likeServiceNow,JIRA, or similar. Understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)andDevOpspractices.
