About the Role:
TELUS Digital is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process – Technical Support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about solving customer queries and have a knack for troubleshooting networking issues in a global support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers via voice processTroubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issuesDeliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAsMaintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as necessary
Who Can Apply:
Graduate Freshers with a background in networking or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply
Undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience in international voice-based technical support are also welcomeStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essentialCandidates must possess excellent spoken English
What We’re Looking For:Sound knowledge of networking fundamentals and technical troubleshooting
Ability to work in a high-paced international customer service environment
Willingness to work in rotational shiftsImmediate joiners preferred
