We are looking SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER who can handle inbound Calls
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
3. Coordinate with product team to find resolution for the issue.
4. Communicate with client using phone / email / chat and ensure issue resolution .
5. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product team).
6. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
7. Assist in Product/Software testing in In-house/On-site.
8. Manage multiple incoming phone calls at a time from customers.
9. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
10. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manual
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Good knowledge and understanding of MS Excel
3. It will be a added advantage if the candidate has the knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
4. Candidate must have strong analytical ability and data reasoning skills5. Ability to collaborate with people across teams
