Note:Good communication skills.Flexibility to work primarily in Night shift along with weekend supportWe need immediate joiners only.PAN# is mandatory to attempt assessments, ensure to have PAN# available
Skill Set :Good analytical and communication skills.Basic Computer Skills and Basic knowledge in MS office with a strongknowledge in MS Excel and formulae.
Job Description:Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).Active participation in team building activities.Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines within agreed timelines, with an objective to meet SLAEnsure the defined performance parameters are met and exceeded within guidelines, policies agreed.Should have degree in banking or financial services domain.Identifying and resolving fraud issues & Mortgage.Demonstrated critical thinking, collaborating & time management skills.Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.Conduct ongoing monitoring of fraud trends and patterns.Intermittent knowledge in MS Excel & Power pointGood communicationAbility to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
