Salary :

Fresher : 18,000 - 25,000 per month

Experienced : 4 LPA - 6.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities :

Hiring for Customer Care Executive Role.

Handling inbound and outbound calls providing customer service.

Resolving customer queries in a professional manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Adhering to the process and achieving performance targets.

Handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) and providing a world-class experience.

Requirements :

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Experience in BPO (International Voice/Chat) or customer service will be an advantage.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Rotational Offs

5 working days, 2 days off
