Job Title: AR Follow-Up (RCM) 

 Fresher Location: Noida Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) 

Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher 

Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.)

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our AR Follow-Up team in the RCM domain. The role involves following up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims, reduce aging AR, and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze unpaid or underpaid medical claims

Contact insurance companies via phone calls or web portals to follow up on the status of claims.

Document all actions taken on accounts in the billing system.Work on denials, rejections, and take necessary action for resolution.

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Communicate effectively with team leads and escalate issues when required.Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines. Required Skills:Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English. 

Basic knowledge of US healthcare or a willingness to learn quickly. 

Ability to work in night shifts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy MS Office and internet navigation. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Arts (freshers welcome). 

BPO voice process experience (if any) is an advantage. Knowledge of medical billing or RCM process is a plus.
