We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineers/ Trainee Engineers to join our dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about engineering, project execution, and learning from senior professionals in the field.
Role & responsibilities Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion. Support senior engineers in technical tasks and project documentation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope. Conduct site inspections and provide reports on project performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation as required. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
Preferred candidate profile Foundational knowledge in project management principles Internship or academic project experience in a relevant field Effective communication and interpersonal skills Solid foundational knowledge in MIVAN, MSB and Residential projects.Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD as applicable)
