We are hiring for International BPOs for Voice process only, catering to the US and UK markets in Customer Service, Sales, and 3rd Party Collections (inbound and outbound).
Role & responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and product/service-related issues. Provide product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when needed.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems in a timely manner. Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure first call resolution and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile Experience:
Graduate Fresher can apply | Candidates with minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Voice Process preferred
Education:
Graduation (any stream)
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week offs (candidate must be comfortable with both)
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
