Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
HSC/Graduate freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Willingness to join an international BPO environment.
Shift timings : 24/7 (ANY 9 HOURS)
week Off : 2 Rotational Week Off
Salary : Freshers - 17k & experience upto 21k.
