Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
Assist customers by resolving queries, providing product information, and offering support.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while managing diverse customer interactions.
Document call details and update customer information accurately in the CRM system. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals. B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
