We are currently seeking a Digital AI Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N du (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsibilities: Share responsibilities in support of infrastructure and application health to include: Maintain Database and Server Health for the Digital.ai AZURE environment Review Linux OS patching and advise the CCoE regarding OS/application compatibilities Monitor OS and support application End of Life (HAProxy/SQL/RabbitMQ), driving upgrades to supported versions Share responsibility of application upgrades, ensuring supporting software and plugins support the newer versions Understand security and patching needs, driving remediations as necessary Manage message queues and load balancing Share responsibility to create and implement a Disaster Recovery plan from the infrastructure point of view Monitor weekly security, patching, and vulnerability management activities, including identifying and managing remediation steps if the environment falls out of compliance Collaboration with Stakeholders on technical issues Address integration issues caused by environmental factors JSON and Python coding for integration scripting support Additional Responsibilities Improved Efficiency: distribute responsibilities to facilitate more focused and effective management of essential tasks and incident support Enhanced Focus: Allow senior technical roles to focus on Digital.ai strategy while leading other Digital.AI team members. Streamlined Processes: assist in developing and implementing an improved streamlined processes for managing infrastructure and environment, reducing the need for ad hoc assistance and improving overall workflow. Fresh Insight: A technical person will bring fresh insight to improve the service, contributing to innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Balanced customer interaction: Production support is critical in complex environments. As more applications integrate with Digital.ai into ServiceNow, expanding the support team with requisite expertise is imperative for prompt response and resolution. It has been observed that even self-service integrations lack sufficient knowledge to address all issues.
