Handle customer interactions via phone or other communication channels
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionEligibility Criteria:12th Pass or any Graduate
Good communication skills in English and one of the following: Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam
Immediate joiners preferredJob Details:6 days working with 1 rotational week off (No fixed Sunday off)
Rotational day shifts (No night shifts)
