Role & responsibilities

 To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store. 

Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them tomake purchases. 

Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders forreplenishing the stock. 

Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply withthe quality standards. 

Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned. 

Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers. Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge. 

Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the rightproduct. Handle customer queries effectively. 

Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager. 

Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. 

Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift. 

Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations. 

Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store. Other duties as assigned by the superior.
