We are seeking a talented Node JS developer to join our dynamic tech team. Thecandidate must develop and execute scalable APIs and applications using the Node.jsframework and will also entail working closely with the project development team andsupporting designers and project managers in executing the software solutions.
Role & responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.RequirementsA bachelors degree with relevant experience or internship less than 1 year Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
