Job Description
    Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Interchange Transaction monitoring
    • Transaction analysis 
    • Knowledge of Visa, Master and RuPay
    • Experience in Incident management. Raising tickets and tracking for closure
    • Primary trouble shooting capability
    • Manage and operate Edit Package, MoL, Pre-Edit application
    • Incoming Base-II Visa/Master file download and staging of files to Visa/Master
    • Version Upgradations
    • Deploying CMS and related applications
    • Performing post implementation testing
    • Managing of scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance
    • Through knowledge of Cards and CMS system
    • Learn new CMS applications and deliver 
    • Handling of Embossing and Pin Mailer related activities
    • Execution of EoD and scheduled batch runs
    • Escalate the issues reported and track for closure.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve preliminary issues.
    • The role needs excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Needs effective communication skills to interact with different teams/vendors/partners and management
    • Plan, test and implement software upgrades; monitor alerts interface with vendor. 
    • Daily BAU as per the specification
    • Adherence to SLAs
    • Ability to prioritize reported items and work for resolution
    • Settlement, recon and Dispute Management will be an added advantage.

    • Working knowledge of Linux, Oracle SQL, Windows but not mandatory
    • preferably in payment cards industry 
    • Excellent Troubleshooting experience
    • Excellent Communication & Documentation skill
    • Experience in working as part of Global / Matrix / Virtual teams
