Description - Technical Support(Software Support)

Handle inbound queries pertaining the issues
Remotely resolving the issues
Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 support team upselling and cross selling

Requirement :

* Candidate with prior International Voice Process experience for Min 6 months can apply .
*Freshers reach out to me for other openings .
*Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
*Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
*Candidates with experience in handling support calls can apply.
