    Knowledge and adherence to O&M, I&C and Feasibility processes
    Excellence in Tool and instruments handling

    Updating new technologies
    Adhering Safety measures and ready to work on towers and buildings
    Responding to the calls on 24*7 basis especially in O&M 
    Adherence to company policy during transfer and deputation
