Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Verification of cash expenses and physical cash count
  • Review of vendor invoices on regular payment cycles
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and computation of depreciation
  • Managing monthly book close activities
  • Preparation of reconciliation statement on the balances between inter companies
  • Preparation of BRS from the books of accounts
  • Review of GL on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of P&L (Constant Currencies) and analysis
  • Coordination on Indirect tax filings and compliances
  • Preparation of Annual Budgets for Indirect cost
  • Reporting on Budgets Vs Actuals for Indirect cost on a monthly basis
  • Coordination with Internal and external auditors
