# We are Conducting Walk in for 2014 & 2013 Passed outs ( Arts, Science & Commerce Graduates ) – Except MCA, M.Sc(CS/IT) or
# 2013 passed out (Engineering Graduates) from 13th Oct to & 18th Oct 2014 (Monday to Saturday) between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm.
# Job Title : Trainee – Lease data Analyst
# Experience : Fresher
# Salary : Rs. 1.48 L / Annum
# Mode : Permanent
# Job Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

# Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software.
# Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering in the Lease Abstract Form.
# Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries.
# Desk Top Audit / Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.

Skills:

# Very good written English communication,
# Analytical and logical skill
# Attention to detail

Qualification:

# 2013 & 2014 Passed outs – Arts, Science & Commerce (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/ M.A./M.Sc/M.Com) or 2013 Engineering Passed out (B.E./B.Tech).
