Job Description

  • It is a Customer care project.
  • This process deals into end to end airline operation
  • Handling customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Rebooking,Credit card verification and Queues Management
  • Supporting email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
  • Handling inbound queries of the passengers
  • Freshers are eligible 
  • Dropouts, Undergraduates and Graduates can apply
  • Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 Shifts(rotational shifts)
  • Candidates should have good communication skills
  • Candidates should be open to work in customer service profile
  • Salary is Negotiable
  • Performance based incentives
  • Candidate should be able to speak in Hindi and English both.
