# Must have successfully tested at least one software product from the scratch using manual/automation methods on real time/stimulated environment
# Excellent communication and documentation skills
# Understand the role of testing within the software development lifecycle and business-related project constraints
# Candidate should have Technical Background.
# Must possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
# Should have positive attitude
# Work experience OR Project Experience OR Good knowledge in testing mobile applications will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

# Work experience OR Project Experience OR Good knowledge in Manual, Automation Testing (QTP/ QC/ Selenium / MS Automation/ Load runner etc)
# Good knowledge of software testing life cycle
# Exposure to different Test methodologies on Basic My SQL knowledge for executing queries.
# Work closely with the product developers to understand the product requirements and features.
# Review test case specification written by other team members
# To set up test lab environments on various OS platforms and perform test execution, regression testing.
# To debug and trace issues and devise possible solutions
# Bug tracking and verification for releases
# Ability to meet aggressive product delivery schedules.

Selection Process :

# Above average academic record in graduation and before is a must
# Clearing a basic aptitude/technical test is mandatory(Round 1)
# Shortlisted candidates out of Round 1 will be made to undergo a 6 day boot camp in testing on real time projects(Round 2)
# Best out of Round 2 shall be selected and rolled out offers
# Good written skills is essential
# The candidate should be electrifying and super smart
# Either a formal testing course OR work experience(with/without gaps)is mandatory to participate in recruitment
# Candidates who miss out of selection from Round 2 will be given a certificate of participation
# 9.30 to 6pm will be the timings(for the boot camp)
# Tea shall be sponsored by us. Lunch to be taken care by the participant (for the boot camp)
