Talent Acquisition Associate @ Movate Technologies
Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Experience: 2+ Years

Notice period: Immediate / 15 days notice
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2+ years of technical hiring experience in Enterprise Support, Networking, or Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and have a proven track record of successfully closing roles in technical and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring strategies Use innovative sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals, and events Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fit Extend job offers and manage pre-joining formalities Track and analyze hiring metrics for process improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) Minimum 2 years Talent Acquisition experience in Enterprise Support/Networking/Infrastructure (mandatory) Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring best practices Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office
