Job Title: Oracle Cloud Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Implementation and Support Specialist

Role Description:The PPM Implementation and Support Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting PPM functional and technical requirements / issues. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure functionalities are align with business requirements and follow best practices.
Job Description:Leading the support and enhancements of Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) solutions.
Analysing the requirements definition, design and impact assessmentLeading application configuration of required enhancements
Driving forward functional support of functional & technical activities such functional and integration issue & problem management
Leading solution validation for any enhancement requirements.Coordinating with business users and Oracle functional / technical support teams issue resolution
Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post give live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
Maintaining and updating the design specifications, support SOPs, user manuals and other knowledge support documents to match current state of system.
Managing allocation / deallocation of PPM licenses to end users as and when required.
Training & coaching cross functional colleagues on the functional and technical aspects to build L1 support team.
