End to End Function.Support our Clients Hiring across PAN INDIA.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Fresher or Experience (Only Female candidate)Source profiles through social networking sites, job portals, referralsScreening & Shortlisting candidates
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Experience to drive the entire Hiring Process (Sourcing to Joining) Expertise to handle Requirements in parallel.Vendor Management Coordinating with Interview Panel, Managing Daily/weekly & Monthly HR-Tracker Effective internal communication with candidates and Management
Ownership on activities to close the pending positive on time.Weekly 6 days Job (9:30 to 6:30) Sunday Fixed Holiday.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Age range up to 33 Years.
Candidate from Chennai direct walk-in interview job location : Thoraipakkam, no WFH.
