NOVAC Technology Solution is currently hiring for Technical Engineer (Male candidates only).
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate who can join with us immediately or within 15 Days.
Experience: 0-1 Year
Note: MCSA course certification is mandatory.
Qualification: BBA/Bsc cs/BCA/BE/B.Tech (With no backlogs) 2023 - 2024 passed out
candidates with 65% in 10th,12th & UG is mandatory.
Job Location: Chennai
Shift: Rotational Shift
Roles & Responsibility: Monitoring and evaluating the servers as well as calibrate them and perform backups
Monitoring the Servers to Ensure consistent performance, Memory Utilization, CPU Utilization, Space Utilization (Volume wise), URL Monitoring, Replication monitoring.Log Backups of Server, Network, Storage and Security devices.Analyse and Maintain baseline configuration of the Systems DC hardening Policy
Install and configure and maintain server, storage hardware and software systems Troubleshoot & diagnose and fix the performance issuesHave excellent knowledge about the infrastructures of the network, hardware deployments, OS deployment, SQL configuring and managing, etc.One must also have the knowledge in virtualisation and software-defined systems along with the computational fluid dynamics.
Monitor and supervise all data centre tools.Good team coordination and documentation is required. Coordinate with vendors and resource engineers and ensure effective completion of all installation configuring and maintaining hardware & software Monitor all issues and escalate issue to appropriate department to ensure effective resolution.
Ensure compliance schedule for everyday operations. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, in adherence to Data centre processes regarding incident tracking, response, and documentation.
Required to have capability of quick self-learning and adapt to new technologies.
Shell scripting Knowledge to automate the manual process.
Engineer must work in rotational shifts.
Qualification: 0 - 2 years of experience as a data center technician, or similar. Knowledge on data centre environments, servers, and network equipment, maintaining hosted application and database support.
