Currently we are hiring for the International Voice process for experienced (Min 6 months of experience in customer support- voice)
Job Description:
Role: Technical support Voice
Location: Perungulathur (WFO)
Shift : Night shifts
Cab : Free - Two-way cab for Nightshifts
Off : Rotational week offs
Required candidate profile:
* Candidates should have at least a minimum of 6 months experience in Voice support/Technical support.
Prospect candidates should have: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to articulate, bright and curious. Passionate about Customer serviceA High School, diploma, or a graduate can apply. 6 months to 2 Years of Work experience in proven customer service field in technical voice channel is an added advantage. Willing to work in the night shift with rotational offs
Mode of interview:# Face to face interview is a must.
Venue: Shriram gateways, A1 Block ground Floor, Perungulathur, Chennai. Note: Looking for immediate joiners.
Interview Date and Time:Monday to Friday (10.00am - 2.00pm)
