Role Overview:
The relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for Understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, Retaining the customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Effectively Convince a customer to buy health insurance.Need to understand their unique situation, build trust, and present the benefits in a way that aligns with their needs and concerns.Maintain a good rapport with the customer explain insurance packages clearly and guide them toward a buying decisionManaging a set customer portfolio with robust follow up.
