Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for Uber India at our Chennai office. This is a day shift, work-from-office role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice support for Uber customers Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems Maintain quality and performance standards Required Skills:Excellent communication in English and Tamil (both verbal and written) Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Gender: Male & Female both eligible Work Days: 6 days/week (Day shift)

Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 17,000/month Variable
Incentives: Up to 8,000/month
