PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Processing requests per ITIL framework and within defined SLA. Meeting or exceeding predefined KPI and SLA targets. Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues, including but not limited to screens, keyboards, batteries, and internal components. Provide remote and on-site support to users experiencing hardware problems. Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Educate users on best practices for laptop maintenance and usage. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
