Job description
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsible for driving sales in designated region by developing new business opportunities, securing new and existing profitable sales
Responsible for overall sales performance (Revenue, Support & Collections)
Build and sustain good customer relations with technical, purchasing and financial personnel
Develop and implement strategic plans to support company goals and sales objectives manage technical sales
Effectively identify, engage and man resources on development and implementation of customer account plans
Prepare regular sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales, engineering and product application information
Drive growth and revenue through appropriate strategy implementation for large and premium customers
Extensive travel to various rolling mills within assigned region to develop new relationships and support existing customers
Effectively execute and manage sales processes and activitiesResponsible for all customer documentation and relevant information to support international sales teamAchieve full familiarity with all aspects of our product offering, including the full range of castings and foundry product capabilitiesIdentify customer needs and respond by providing appropriate solutions, leveraging the wider global technical capabilities of the company
The Candidate:Required Skills and ExperiencesEducation: Degree in Engineering or MBA
ExperienceFRESHERSoft Skills/Knowledge
Good relationship management and communication with people of different backgrounds Effective in planning, flexible in implementation and problem-solving
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to understand customers and their needs
Hard Skills
Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
Language :English proficiency, both spoken and written
Knowledge in language spoken at designated region will be given preference
Character:
Confident and competitive in attitude, responsible and disciplined in mannerStrong motivation and desire to be successful
