Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure performance excellence. Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key clients, architects, builders, developers, and channel partners.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to inform business decisions. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive account management and service delivery. Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reporting through CRM tools. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Experience in managing and mentoring regional sales teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Ability to understand and sell custom/solution-based products Willingness to travel within the region
