We are hiring for International US Banking Non-Voice Process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should have excellent written communication and should be able to comprehend properly.
Should be good at typing.
Good English Communication.
Handling customers queries and requests for the services.
Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
Graduate year 2025 can also apply
Shift & Cab:
Shift Timings 5:30PM to 10:30AM (Total 9:30hours fixed by the Operations)
5 days schedule with rotational night shift and 2days rotational week offs
Work from OfficeTwo-way cab is available (17km radius from office location)
Food will be provided based on the shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling customers query and request for the services
Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience
