Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with fluency in English language.
Offer solutions to customers' issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals. Desired Candidate ProfileHSC/Graduate freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Willingness to join an international BPO environment.Shift timings : 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
week Off : 2 Rotational Week Off
Salary : Freshers - 14k & experience upto 20k.
