We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from home.With fixed salary.
Designation-Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Contractual till 31st Oct.
Job Profile
-Have to resolute customers query Voice CallSystem Requirements_ Windows 10 or above with 10GB ram and aboveI3/I5/I7 with 7th gen and above processor is mandatory
Proper Internet connection neededMandatory Criteria-Min HS Passed.
Fresher & Experience(Min 12 months) both can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice processShould have not applied for any interview in last 3 monthCustomer orientation.
Ready to work in 24/7 ShiftsNo planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining10.5 hour of the day, 9.5 hrs. work and 1 hour break
5 days workingShould have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
