Eligibility Criteria:
PGDM / MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for entry-level and mid-level roles Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs Source candidates via job portals, internal databases, and referrals Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports Continuously work on improving hiring TAT and enhancing candidate experience
