Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Australia).
Resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow standard scripts, protocols, and procedures while maintaining quality standards. Log all calls accurately and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments. Meet KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR. Required Candidate Profile:Excellent spoken English with neutral/US/UK accent. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
BPO/Call Center experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, B.C.A Or Any candidate experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
