Role:
Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP systemCollaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies.Validate order details for accuracy
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changesGenerate Reports in SAP, Oracle.
Do Analysis on Critical Reports.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
