We are looking for a Telecollection Executive to contact customers and remind them of overdue payments. You will play a key role in maintaining good customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.Key Responsibilities:Call customers to follow up on pending or overdue paymentsExplain payment terms and resolve billing issues if anyMaintain accurate records of calls and payment commitmentsSend reminders via phone, SMS, or emailCoordinate with internal teams for payment processing or dispute resolutionMeet daily/weekly collection targetsPreferred candidate profile Any graduateGood verbal and written English communicationTarget-driven with a can-do attitudeFreshers are welcome! Compensation & PerksFixed Salary (Take-Home): 12,000 20,000Incentives: Up to 30,000/monthMeal Plan: 500/month (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)Accommodation Options (No Deposit):AC: 2,500/monthNon-AC: 2,000/month
