Few key activities which are handled by branches and local level managers will be managed by Business Process Associate.
-Responsible for coordinating for walk-in interview.
- Sourcing profiles through employee connect for referrals.
- Scheduling candidates for technical interview round with L1 and L2 managers.
- Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of interview.
- Verifying the candidate documents Equifax/CIBIL reports after selection and organize documents till pre-offer activities.
- Maintaining records of candidates and interview data on schedule, offered candidates , pending joiners, open position, status of the candidates.
-Follow up with HR partners to ensure that there is no communication gap during the entire offer process
-End to End support for the state managers ( SULB) in terms of HR coordination and closure on New hiring process.
