About Noxx Noxx is an AI-recruiter for global hiring We help startups hire top global talent: faster, easier, and more affordably, What Youll Do Were hiring a Software Engineer to focus solely on building AI agents that automate internal workflows These agents will support core operations by gathering data from various online sources, structuring it, and integrating it into our existing tools Were also looking to build agents that can combine email and other tools to fully automate internal operations end-to-end This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending no-code tools with lightweight scripting to create practical, scalable systems, Responsibilities Build and maintain AI agents that automate data workflows Create systems that run on a schedule and integrate with third-party tools Combine scraping, enrichment, and automation into reliable pipelines Work closely with the team to evolve and scale internal ops tooling Tools You Might Use Apify, n8n, PhantomBuster, Puppeteer, Lindy, Gumloop Python, JavaScript, APIs Google Sheets, Airtable, Clay, and internal tools Who You Are Youve built scrapers, bots, or automation workflows before Youre comfortable mixing code and no-code approaches You like figuring things out independently and making systems more efficient Youre curious, resourceful, and excited to work at the intersection of AI + automation
