In this academic role, you will be responsible for:
Handling classes/sessions for BTech CSE students on Campus.
Learning and preparing on delivering industry aligned/up-to date Computer science curriculum.
Managing evaluations and feedback for a group of students.

Technical mentors will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.As a Tech Mentor, You will work closely with the students to enhance their skills, solve complex problems, and contribute to the success of our program.You Will Also work as a liaison between the industry and students during their internship, helping the students deliver on their work commitments.This is an Internship + Full-Time, Ongoing, onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 25-40 high-potential students.Responsibilities:Provide Guidance and mentorship to students as they encounter challenges, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.Assist in the technical and professional growth of students.Embed in the campus and take ownership of students' outcomes on all technical courses and projects, including programming, full-stack development, OS, networks, etc., all of which are taught in a hands-on practical manner.Manage daily scrums of students.Oversee Multiple Industry internships and mentor students in creating and perfecting significant projects, leveraging the continuous enhancement of their skill sets.Benefits:Learn Technical Concepts, Programming and Full-Stack Development from seasoned professionals in the industry who have worked in companies like Google, SAP Labs, etc.After 2 Years, choose to continue in the mentorship program or explore outplacement opportunities with leading tech companies in India at attractive salaries if transitioning to the tech industry is preferred.Enrollment into respective university PhD programs for the mentors who want to continue their journey into teaching.Qualifications:Master's degree:- M.Tech in Computer Science and related branches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Requirements:- Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python, C, C++, Java script.
Experience:(1) Fresher(2023/2024/2025 Pass out):
CTC: 3 Months Internship(A total amount of 30K, Rs. 10,000/Month)
Confirmed Full Time Offer on completion of internship-4.5L fixed+0.5LPA variable+1L PHD benefit.(2)For Experienced Folks (1 Year to 5 Years), No Internship, Hike will be given on Current CTC, Based on Interview Performance).
Location & Timings:
Location:- 1st One Month of Training will be in Bangalore, After that deployment to Campus, Across India, where Kalvium program is live, You will be given multiple location as options, you can choose, based on your preference.
Timings:- Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6.30PM
