Good verbal and written communication skills in Russian.
Very good analytical and reasoning ability.
0-3 yrs of experience in any domain in ITES industry.
Should be open and flexible with working in 24*7 work environment.
Flexibility to work in night shifts/rotational shifts is must. 
Immediate joiners required.
